Ballet

Classical Ballet is characterized by a standard vocabulary of steps, poses, and graceful movements. It is strengthening, disciplined and stylized. The class starts with exercises at the barre followed by work in the centre of the floor. Whether learning the fundamentals and principles of the art form or working on technique and artistry, all classes emphasize proper and healthy alignment, technical proficiency, challenging travelling exercises, and musicality in a fun, engaging, and creative space.

Pre-Ballet 

At age six, Pre-Ballet prepares the young one of basic ballet vocabularies, and in a fun playful way children learn to follow instruction, hold the postures and get strong with feet.

Ballet Kids Beginners I 

This level takes the concepts learned previously and begins to place them into the format used in an actual ballet class. This class is suitable for beginners and will cover the fundamentals of classical ballet technique. It is a more formal setting that will give students the discipline to mature as dancers.

Ballet for teens (13-20 yrs)

In this class students will gain a understanding of ballet technique. Emphasis will be placed on proper technique, alignment, and increasing strength and flexibility. The ballet classes will emphasis on proper technique, alignment, and increasing strength and flexibility.

Ballet Workout and Body conditioning (Above 20 yrs)

This class is for adults who would not want to get into the formal structured class of Ballet and would have goals to loose weight, get toned and stay fit. Ballet-inspired workouts blast fats, focusing on shaping and toning the body along with working on muscle strength, flexibility and strong core.
